My old Navy hoodie is coming up on 10 years old and I wear it all the time and it's still in decent shape. When I bought it, I never expected it to last so long and hold up so well.
I've managed to get some GREAT deals on their clearance items. I just wish they had more selection on seasonal items.
I will cancel my card with them. Not only do I have to pick up my items at the store but they decided to cancel one of my items cause is not in store. I've been a card holder for over 2 years paying off my account biweekly and lately they've been slacking too much on their costumer service
How do I purchase something from old navy and put pick up in store and they do not have it in store charge me my money and I never get my refund. This really upset me but this will be my last purchase.
I took my granddaughter shopping on Monday at the South Hill Mall. Our first stop was at Old Navy. We had a couple shirts and a couple pair of shorts. After processing the purchase, the cashier asked if we wanted a bag? I looked at what we had purchased and said of course. She then told me it would be $. 08. I asked why, she told me it was a COVID regulation. I said I have never been required to pay that any where. We want to at least 5 other stores, and not one of them required us to buy a bag, and we're shocked when I told them this story.
This place is horrible. They love to steal your money and no product. I will never buy from them again. Customer service was even worse. No one helps you. So if you want your money stolen and no product this is the place to buy!
I bought a lot of items from Old Navy online. I received after that email after email about their sales. I also received emails claiming I had earned some Extra money to spend, but when I went to spend it the catch was I had to spend $50.00 more to receive the $10 or $20.00 I supposedly had earned. I don't like doing business like that, and Old Navy can kiss me and my money good bye...
I have bought lots of stuff from old navy. Great sales. I bought children's clothes there and my niece love her clothes. I buy Christmas gives there as well. I bought a dress and romper for me and I love them. I would recommend this store.
I love Old Navy.com because when I can't find an item at the stores I can usually find it online and sometimes the price online is reduced. The shoes are one item I have trouble finding in my size at the stores so I head online and find my size.
Not every one is a skinny mini either, gives wrong idea to those over or average only displays skinny not for the average build person. And only supplies to those of the, skinny more so then the average sized persons.
I like the clothes, the pants are of very good quality. I also like the t-shirts a lot. The best thing are the promotions and discounts. The shipment takes a little longer but, for me, it is worth it for the excellent quality of the clothes. Just fix the late shipping problem, please.
Very upset of the shipping fee! On the web site it says if you spend over $50 free shipping other sites automatically take of the shipping fee when you hit the required amount on Old navy web site it doesn't
As I place my order I just assumed it took it off when looking at the final total noticed the fee so I called and the associate told me that because I had done it one other time this was going to be the last time they would wave the fee! I told her not to worry it would be the last time I would order thought their web site and told her to have a great day!
I was missing an item in my order. I literally had to call customer service to notify the item that was missing. I was told that the item was damaged. I did not receive an update through email. Lack of communication.
Whether on-line or in store this is good place to shop, you can get something for everyone and if they don't have something in store they will order it for you and have it shipped to you for free... Returns are always hassle free...
I was at the Old Navy on Krause Blvd in Solon, OH. I was in the dressing room along with other women and young girls with I noticed a man on a ladder fixing a light fixture above all the dressing rooms. I was horrified and ran to the store manager to tell her and she told me she already knew he was in there. I called Old Navy Corporate to report the issue. They called me back several time to ask me questions but then offered me a coupon for $50 to return to the store. I did not accept and will never shop at Old Navy. Please do not shop at Old Navy!
My granddaughters gave me a gift from OLDNAVY. It was to small so I took it to the store to exchange for the proper size. I usually wear a large to Extra Large. Nothing in the store that was labeled ex large, X1, X2 or any of the large sizes fit me.
I then ordered a couple of the X3 online: It was too small... their sizing is completely wrong... and I did order the 3X for adults...
I love Old Nav. I like the style and fit of the clothing line. Old Navy is a great place to shop for the entire family. The price is always affordable and Old Navy always offer great savings and discounts.
I had an unfortunate incident first, I believe it was the manager she tried to offer me the credit card, which was completely fine. I understand that, but when she showed me what the price would be, it was a lot higher than what I was going to pay anyway to me that was a little sneaky, then I'm walking out and I always check my receipts. She charged me full price for a pair of Jam shorts and there was a big sign saying they were extra amount of dollars when I asked her you know why that happened because I do understand it does come up Different at the registers sometimes but I had already priced them at the check price. Make a long story short I do like Old Navy but I'm just going to be very cautious.
10 years ago I bough the scarf from them, It was a simple mans scarf and it was warm. I wear him like 6 months a year, and till this day it looks as good as new. Literally, I can wash it and sell it as new. My clothes never live that long, even jeans wearing of after a year but this thing is completely understandable. It was everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE.
Yes its products is more expensive then others, but if you want your clothes to be with you whole your life and maybe even more, you surely got to try OldNavy.
The general manager (Krosby) is incompetent and does not know what he's doing. I came in to purchase gift cards for a non-profit organization. He told my order exceeded the spending amount?! He proceeded to call upper management, the credit card company, and made me call customer service taking over 90 MINUTES, only to tell me he couldn't sell them to me because he couldn't verify me my status as an employee (even thought I had a tax exempt form, work ID, state issue ID, and company credit card). He could have told me from the very beginning he couldn't do it, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of my time. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I bought a sweater and matching tank in August and didn't wear them until yesterday as that's when temps dropped in NY. When I got to work I realized how incredibly pilled it was…contacted Customer Service-there is a 30 day return policy but said they would evaluate it and then determine if it was truly damaged. I explained I also wanted to return the tank as well as without the sweater I had no use for it. The agent kept typing there is a 30 day return policy over and over and over again. There was no reason to open the items in August when it was 90 degrees… and only opened it when it dropped to 50 degrees.
As they were so totally inflexible, I am going to cancel my old navy & gap credit cards- on which I have spent $100s and $100s of dollars and explained that to the agent. Clearly my business isn't valuable at all - typical of big companies these days… will now only shop locally. Good customer service Old Navy.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
