The general manager (Krosby) is incompetent and does not know what he's doing. I came in to purchase gift cards for a non-profit organization. He told my order exceeded the spending amount?! He proceeded to call upper management, the credit card company, and made me call customer service taking over 90 MINUTES, only to tell me he couldn't sell them to me because he couldn't verify me my status as an employee (even thought I had a tax exempt form, work ID, state issue ID, and company credit card). He could have told me from the very beginning he couldn't do it, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of my time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband and I. The print on the side was smeared and the shoe panels are off center. They look very cheap. When I asked to return I was told that the smeared print is how its supposed to look, so I cannot return. It is in no way advertised or made clear that these products are defective, smeared and off center.
