I made many orders on Gearbest and I've always been satisfied. So I decided to buy a smartphone. My last order was a Xiaomi Mi A1. The shipment took 3 weeks (as agreed), the product was perfectly packed, fully functional and exactly as described.
Customer service is always available to solve problems of quasliase and are very competent. I recommend the shop from every point of view.

The review is based solely on my experience.
I just want to express my honest opinion to help others in their purchases.
If there will be updates in the future, I will return to write my experience.

I ordered three times from Gearbest and two times with a value of around or over 100 Euro. All these orders arrived undamaged and according to the item description. For an article, the shipping instead of the specified 15-20 workdays took 30, but that was probably mainly due to the large volume of goods around Christmas and was no problem for me.
It should be generally recognized that deliveries from China need their time. Therefore, I advise you to don't order stuff that you need urgently or even worse must be there by a certain time. And if so, order early enough.

Its obvious that most of these 5 star reviews are false when there are almost the same amount of 1 star reviews and nothing in-between. I have made hundreds of orders from Chinese based company's ether shipped from china or from Europe based stores and i have had overall good experiences and not had any major problems. First time i order from Gearbest (Europe store) my £50 camera goes missing in the post and after months of trying to sort it out i have given up. Might be good for low value items but i coud have bought the camera for £4 more new on ebay uk and would have had this sorted in no time.

I would like to share my experience with Gearbest. This has been quite positive, in terms of service and response on his part. I bought several products. Packaging has always been correct; shipping times are adequate.

One of my recent purchases was a quadcopter: it arrived in perfect condition, comply with the product description.

I've ordered a few times on Gearbest over the years and 90% of the time I had no concerns. I made a order in 2016 and it didn't arrive, after contacting them, they gave me a refund, no questions asked. They have good offers and a lot of Xiaomi products which you can't find them in other places.

Bought an ASUS Router from them. Product came as stated. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't put any additional protection to the box: No bubble wrap or packing peanuts. As a consequence, box came a bit damaged, but the product was intact.
Last week I put another order, and I will buy again from them as long as they continue delivering a great shopping experience.

I often buy online from China, but I have to say that with Gearbest I've had a very good experience.
Good products, excellent service and fast and trackable shipping.
Another good thing is the possibility to pay with paypal.
