I love gearbest! Their pricing is the lowest I can find, they ship quickly, and have a great selection with more items arriving every day.
I was a little hesitant ordering from a Chinese site but my worries were proven to be unfounded and the transaction went off flawlessly.
I have since placed a few more orders and have been impressed with the customer service there. I had a few questions that were answered quickly by someone who understood English, which made my ordering decision very easy.
The shipping was on par with every order I've ever received from China and they offer tracking, which for someone a little OCD like myself, offers great peace of mind.
I will be doing business with them for some time to come!

I found out about Gearbest.com in late 2016, when I bought a screen film for my smartphone. After my first purchase I started to buy things that where a lit bit more expensive. IP Cameras, Drones, tv boxes.
The site offers a lot of shipping options and warehouses as well. Every purchase that I made has beenn shipped very well packed and didn't take so long to arrive (notice: I live in Brazil).
Recently I bought a wristband and a screen film for my Mi Band 2 (also bought on Gearbest), and everything was just fine. The average quality is great, both the item.

Hello! I have been a regular customer of this store for more than 1.5 years and will remain their fan for a long time (more than 30 purchases!). Constant flash sales allow you to buy goods below the average market price, and if there are accumulated GB points that are still 30% cheaper (this is the first store with such a system)! This is an excellent offer. The costumer service is always quick to respond and tries to immediately help.
I really recommend GearBest, so I consider as a good advice to read and watch reviews of the items you want, write correctly your address and double check, and pay via PayPal to get quite a backup, and if you consider the item very important, you could pay the package insurance fee.

I want to share my shopping experience on the Gearbest site. The site is very graphically pleasing, it was easy to spot the product I was looking for. I placed an order on 20.11.2017, it is now 12.12.2017 and I have been chasing GearBest for the last week to get an update on my order as these are Christmas presents. They give me virtually no information on my order except an automated email saying I can track my order and when I log on it says no tracking information available. Absolute SCAMMERS! Do not buy from them.
Ordered tablet that never came as it was out of stock. Took my money but No communication when it will become available and getting a refund was a major headache. Customer service never answered simple questions Will never buy there again.

After filing a dispute with PayPal, you agreed to send me a new camera, since the one you sent does not work at all. You told me that if I dropped the dispute, you would send it out immediately. After many, many instances of poor-to-zero customer service, I gave you the benefit of the doubt one last time. I have never received the replacement, just as I expected. I am going to spread this information as widely around the internet as i possibly can. You are the absolute worst company I have ever done business with - no exceptions. The worst.

Well, usually my orders received by the gearbest are well packaged. Some arrive fast, others take longer but as far as I remember I was not without receiving any request made in the gearbest. Sometimes it takes time to send a request but I believe that it is like this with everyone. At most I recommend the Gearbest.

Wow, the service is great.
Although online shopping is nice, it never feels secure due to frauds or wrong order.
Gearbest never disappoints me, and while I had issue with part of product, they credit me back and game me extra credit for the problem I encountered.
I am going on and making more nice shopping for me and the family from them, without worries.

A small part was missing from an item that I purchased from GearBest. I contacted the company twice and never received a response from them (except for a canned acknowledgement that said someone would get back to me in 24 hours).
Gearbest is a platform that sells products in its own name and hosts sellers. I bought several block construction toys from 3rd party sellers and a few technical gadgets, some of them from Gearbest directly.
Delivery is usually in original packaging, which maybe a real asset for presents, collectors or when planning to resell down the road.
Support is friendly and competent, better than Ali which seems to be highly standardized and automated
Delivery lead times are longer than on Ali or ebay. Reckon with 3-4 weeks for delivery, if item is in stock. Note
Prices are usually higher than on Ali, even when discounted from sky high 'moon' prices.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
