Talk about 3 day shipping I payed for priority mail shipping on Oct 7 still have nothing. 3 days after I ordered something else too for my product and got the smaller product first. One I can't even use it without the product I ordered first. Second they sent me crap I ordered days after. Over the past year I made a lot of orders on GearBest.com. Especially I was pleased with the order **************838 this 5m led light with control panel for $ 0.6 (including delivery 0.49). During this time I worked out the basic rules for using this store: 1) select priority delivery, then the parcels will arrive safely and quickly. (All orders with priority delivery have been delivered!) 2) pay by PayPal, then you will have a refund guarantee. (In practice, I never had to use this function). 3) find a service informing about interesting offers. In general, the store is trustworthy, interesting for its discounts, good service and adequate customer support. Enjoy the shopping.

I believe is one of the best online shops for vapers out there right now, with a great choice of products and a very competitive pricing. Yes, I know, getting things delivered to EU from China could take some time. But their "free shipping" policy is keeping this"con" on a very low profile, so I can say they're doing a great job.
I think I joined gearbest at 5 or 6 months ago. I didn't have any problem. Product quality is generally perfect. Customer services very carefully. I shopped from gearbest many times. My last order BT-S2 1000m Bluetooth Headset Motorcycle Intercom. I bought 2 units. And it is a really fantastic item. It came in 2 weeks. You must try to gearbest :)

If you choose free shipping (when available), it will take longer, but that's expected. If you want something fast, you can pay for faster delivery, or check if they have that product in the nearest wharehouse (where you are also free from unexpected customs charges, like I am in Europe). Still, my order arrived sooner than I was expecting (from other websites, I had to wait 4+ weeks... my order arrived in 3 weeks - quite fast, for free shipping from China!
Very hard to get a response. Item ordered and after several emails to find out my order status, i finally received an email stating item is discontinued, please find something of equal value. I have now demanded a full refund, so we'll see how this turns out. My advice before using this company is to read the reviews, I read them after I had ordered.

First, there have been quite a few gadget hobby shopping websites, basically located in China. Gearbest is definitely one of the best among what I've dealt with. So, far I can say I'm satisfied with ~95% of the stuff from them. The remaining 5% are just okay. And I did wrote email asking for support and DOF warranty. They would normally respond in 2~3 days, still acceptable I guess. And if you are a hobby collector like me, you'll definitely find out Gearbest can always give the best offer. Overall, I do recommend people start buying some small stuff from Gearbest and see if they can offer you what you want.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
