Gearbest has a wide variety of good quality, reasonably priced merchandise. Their customer service is superb; it is truly a pleasure dealing with this store. On the rare occasion that I have a problem, it is solved quickly by their polite and professional Customer Services Representatives and they also give back to their customers through their point system. My purchases take a little longer to be delivered because I live on the other side of the world but I know I will always receive them. I trust Gearbest, have never had a negative experience with them and do not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered by mid May at the latest. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money mid June. There response is that it is in transit and refused. However, the tracking info indicates that only a shipping label has been created. Customer service is slow and unresponsive.
I had a horrible experience with them. Timeline and experiences below, I'll let you be your own judge if you would trust them enough to buy something from them. It's hard to get resolution on issues and you always have to take video, upload it for them to even respond. Otherwise the ball is in your court.
Bad ending for me - I was informed by manufacturer that the item was an old manufacturing batch. Felt robbed of $2000!
Late Oct 2019 - ordered Wemax One Pro ultra short throw projector (waited at least 1-2 months for the delivery)
End 2019 - started using the projector without problem.
Mar 2019 - remote wasn't pairing with projector, conversed with them for 2 months, finally agreed to send me a new remote and got it after 4 months.
July 2019 - replacement remote didn't work, they asked me to look for local help and kindly offered to pay me 10% back $200.
On my own, I found and spoke with the manufacturer since they have a 1 year warranty. Upon giving them the serial number, they told me that this was manufactured in 2018.
Bottomline, I've been robbed and cheaterd by Gearbest. At this point while I'm writing the review, I wasn't able to get my case escalated nor have I been able to SPEAK with a person.
I figured others can learn from my expensive mistake.
Good products, good prices, customer service available, delivery take a long time sometimes but usually less than announced.

Im still waiting for my xiaomi gadgets to arrive since 08.04.2020. It was a mud protector holder in it, so i could prevent the mud protector to be broken down, which happened today. They haven't even told me that they didn't sent me the pack becouse of some stocking problems, which i must have asked them(otherwise they just take money and never even send the item). This loss isn't in the garantee.
Highly recommend to NOT order from here.

I have spent approx. $150.00 for the KN95 mask with valve. The straps are pulling off the mask (some as soon as you put it on, others after about 2 hrs. Of use.) I have very patiently been working with the "support tickets" process on the website. Gearbest directs you to the actual store (However, I bought my mask from Gearbest not Life-Time Store or Niche Alerts Store.) The store won't resolve it and now Geearbest has cleared all the history of the tickets that have been going on for 3 weeks now. They have TERRIBLE customer service and POOR PRODUCTS

My last purchases was before all this pandemic so my experience might not reflect current situation.
I did not get my both last purchases, but as I paid with PayPal and paid for shipping insurance I got all my money back including insurance.
Overall this is OK site, not the best out there, but good. Prices are decent if You can get some points for discount.
PayPal is most preferred way to pay.
Only thing, You have to be ready in case of any problems to deal with support. To Your first 4-5 messages You most likely will get template answers which won't help you, but You will have to keep trying. As last "straw" mention "PayPal dispute". This argument will help You 99 % times to get their attention and proper solution."

This company is a scam. My experience is similar to all of the 1-star reviews here. Order was never sent. When you ask for a refund, they give you the runaround: "please wait" or "contact the seller" or "please wait some more". If you are lucky enough that your seller responds, they give you the same runaround: "please wait", "please wait for result of the case".
Gearbest: don't bother responding to this review with your standard "shipping time varies" BS. I don't need your auto-response. Prove that your business is legit but conducting business as a legit business would - send the product or refund the money.
If you are reading this review because you are on the fence about shopping there, just don't. Sure, some people received their orders, I had another order from a different seller on Gearbest and I received that one with no problem too. But they way they deal with issues means you are gambling with your time and money. It's not like there aren't other stores out there.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
