I can share some of my pleasant experience with Gearbest.com. I've already ordered several items form this store, including smartphnes, accesoires, headphones and I can honestly say they have very competitve prices, the support team is always eager to provide assistance and overall UI of the site is very good. Particularily I like my bluetooth headphones Ausdom M07, which I received not long ago. I had discovered the price for this amazing headset is the lowest among online stores, so I placed an order on Gearbest. I got the tracking number and the picture of my parcel on scales that confirmed the fact of shipment. The delivery time was around 1 month, which is more than reasonable for shipment to Russia. The order arrived well-wrapped and not damaged by post handling, so I was totally satisfied. Now I wear these headphones as much as I can and think this is the most comfortable headset I ever used.

I ordered a battery charger (90 eur) from them. Arrived, but LCD screen broken. I contact them immediately and return it as they instruct, using the method they chose (the cheapest) and pay 33 eur more. I wait for a month as they instruct. They say did not receive and that I have to wait another month. After the second month, they say it still didn't arrive. They propose they refund 20% of the item cost.
Gearbest "3 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee" (http://www.gearbest.com/m-article-id-16.html?inner=1) states that
"If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 3 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Enjoy total peace of mind: every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at GearBest."
Somehow I sense some disparity between the promise and practice...
Update:
After posting this and another review, GearBest was quick to up the ante and refunded the total cost of the device, but refused to refund the return postage. But then, after I provided them the receipt (by DropBox, because their system had trouble handling attachments) of the postage, they suddenly found the shipment. Even though the shipment nor receipt did not have tracking codes. Well, Paypal still took $2.24 fee for the postage refund payment, but I guess it's not worth fighting over for.
So, in the end it took about four months, quite some effort and $2.24 to have no charger. Could be worse, so I'll give two stars instead of the initial one.
I discovered Gearbest through a Flashlight forum wherein I am a member. Since the online store was relatively new, I was reluctant at first to make a major purchase despite their very reasonable prices which can be lower than other established online stores.
To test the waters I ordered a very very cheap Credit Card sized pocket light which I was very curious about. Since the price was very low, I did not mind my order for a while since I did not know Gearbest that well yet and I expected that my order will be lost somewhere like what happened on some of my online purchases from other stores before.
When my order suddenly arrived, I realized that I did the right decision of buying from Gearbest. The light that I got was one of a kind - nobody will ever expect that something this thin can emit something. I can also carry the light practically wherever I go because being credit card sized, its fits snugly inside my wallet. Sure its beam is not strong enough to get me some serious lumens but it is bright enough to be seen in the dark - and this can spell a big difference when facing emergencies.
I had two more orders made - this time more valuable items - and my items arrived between 1 to two months. After that I had six more orders. All orders arrived except for one, a Convoy X3, which was lost in transit and GearBest sent me a XinTD X3 after paying half of its price, which was fine with me. The shipping this time, unfortunately, took between 2 to 3 and a half months.
All in all GearBest is fine. It had some problems along the way and have caused some inconvenience, but I'm happy with the products that I got.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
