My experience with Gearbest is 100% positive. I've started to order from their online store 2 years ago and after about 30 orders, I can say only best things for this store. They often have sales and promotions for many items, when prices are one of the best online, also shipping, at list in my case(to Serbia) is very fast, customer support is also very good and productive so I can only recommend Gearbest as one of the best online stores there.

Отправляют не всегда быстро, приходится пинать, иногда приходилось возвращать деньги. Насчет того, что там все дорого, не правы, всегда бывают хорошие цены, просто мониторить надо на других сайтах как chinaprices или Kimovil. Если долго не отправляют, то есть русскоязычная поддержка, но быстрее отвечает на сторонних сайтах ка 4pda. Покупаю всегда через PayPal и всегда выбираю доставку с трек-номером. И еще можно получать балы за отзывы видио и фото товара которыми можно заплатить 30% у меня получилось 69,30 дол. США. А кэшбэк начисляется на полную покупку и всегда подтверждается. Рекомендую этот магазин. Если у кого-то есть еще сомнения, то рекомендую посмотреть канал DenvasTV на ютубе, там есть ролики по этот магазин.
I have waited over a month now for the latest order. When I contacted them there site says 25 days, now they're wanting me to wait another month, that's over 60 days. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I advise against it also. Poor company.

But they could/should/MUST improve their attendants. They are like robots. Don answer what I asked. And they answer only once a day.

Have made plenty of orders over the last year and half or so now, and have never had a problem with any of them. If one went missing, another one would be sent out in replacement. Their shipping times are 99% spot on and prices are something thats hard to beat. If any problems then they normally respond quite quickly to questions and are very helpful. They have an app that works great and accept paypal. They also have a scoring system, so with each order you earn points. They can add up quite quick. There search could be easier, some items are to find. But overall very happy with the service they have provided me so far.
