I've been a GearBest customer since 2015 and so far, I'm pretty satisfied with their service. My last order, WB**************, had a couple issues but they were able to resolve them on time. I purchased a bunch of earphones and a digital watch and had them shipped via Australia Line. I chose to ship it via this option because it was cheap and fast. I got my order in just 4 days since it was dispatched from their warehouse. Anyway, I didn't know that items with batteries were prohibited to ship via Australia Line until they informed me about it. They gave me two options: to ship the item via another shipping method or to remove it off my order and refund the amount plus shipping fee adjustment. I chose the latter and got my refund in my GB balance shortly. Upon receipt of my order, one of the earphones had an issue - a small part of the cord had peeled of. Although it didn't affect the sound whatsoever, I still reported it to GearBest's customer service. To compensate for the inconvenience, I received a couple dollars worth of points and I thought it was okay for an earphone that was less than $10. I prefer GearBest over some other China-based online shops because most of the items that I look for, they have them at much cheaper prices. Also, they have Paypal as payment option. I only prefer to deal with online shops that allow customers to pay via Paypal. I also think that their customer service has improved a lot in terms of responsiveness to queries and issues.

I have bought about 10-15 items from gearbest, all where without any mistakes and with suprising quick shipping with good shiping protection.
I would reccomend this shop for anybody who needs something but can wait a bit longer for a good cheap price.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
