Ad oggi ho fatto una decina di ordini, rispetto ad altri siti concorrenti hanno meno prodotti ma quasi sempre a prezzi inferiori.
A parte un paio di ordini rimborsati perche il prodotto non era piu disponibile in magazzino, è sempre andato tutto bene.
Ho sempre usato spedizioni gratuite, partite sempre dall'unione europea quindi tempi piu che accettabili, da notare le ultime due arrivate in meno di 10 giorni dal momento dell'ordine.

The shipping time has been reasonably fast, I always buy from China warehouse and I use registered mail or express shipping and the time is about 10 to 15 days. Everything arrive always well packed. The customer service is good too, if something go wrong they offer refunds or, if your parcel get lost and you buy the insurance( which is cheap), they resend a new product. Until now I don't have nothing to complain.

I bought a Chinese market tablet from them happy with their price knowing what its like shipping from such a business. I order some accessories for it also a few gadgets and nick-nacks. They shipped the crap but not my big item that got me in the door or the in demand fidget spinners.

In before the robot customer service types some auto response not reading anything dirty scammers.
