I ordered a laptop from Gearbest in late July, and the product arrived within 3 weeks. The laptop was shipped from China and I received it in Europe without paying any import duty. The produce arrived as described, well secured, without any issues.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
