I ordered a laptop from Gearbest in late July, and the product arrived within 3 weeks. The laptop was shipped from China and I received it in Europe without paying any import duty. The produce arrived as described, well secured, without any issues.

After 5 weeks of use, I had an issue with the laptop, which I managed to resolve following the suggestion from Gearbest support. As a good gesture, I also received points from Gearbest for the inconvenience.

I made three orders on GearBest. The service has been excellent. I can confirm that the package is excellent, the delivery is very fast and the products are quality.
