I ordered quite a lot of products at this shop and every experience was great. Every order was well packaged and arrived on time. The customer service is quick and helpful and the overall shopping experience is great.
The products are always original and i never received a fake.
I would recommend this shop to everybody who's interested in products form Chinese manufacturers.

P.s. To all reviewers complaining about stuff not working in their country, wrong size for dresses or return policies: remember that the stuff comes from China so when you buy something you have to ask and specify if the goods can work in your country and look at the comparison size charts. I have bought dresses, adapters and even a 2 in 1 pc and had no problems at all. Once got a DOA item and got refunded after proving the item was faulty, so please don't blame gearbest for your ignorance.

I am from Russia, and it is common to order products from China to save costs. While there are a lot of Internet shops out there, and I have dealt with many of those, I'd like to single out GearBest firstly because:

Reasonable prices - and let's not forget about discounts, coupons and credits that you get for every purchase. A lot of promos and email price only that is applicable only to my account.

I would also like to comment on packaging because it is important for me. When I ordered electronics - it has always been packed professionally so that it reaches me undamaged and in excellent condition.

I love gearbest for very fast and good delivery! Its usually amounts 10-15 days to Estonia! Gearbest also have a very cheap and good quality products. All items what i ordered - working :) And i still waing my last order - 2 pair of headphones, i ordered it 06.06.2017.

Tried to order ilife a4s robot vacum but they informed me after a month that they are having supplier issues, so replaced order to ilife v5s and they are telling me it is on back order and they do not know when it is possible to be shipped. My 170 $ is setting in their account over a month now.

It would me good idea to mention on site that item is on back order or out of stock! They make you pay and now i have to solve issues with refund back to paypal.

Worst online shoping experience ever, better try another store. I do not recommend gearbest.

It's almost 2 years that I buy regularly from this store, maybe because it is economic, maybe because is the best one. Each product I bought, arrived. (and from other chinese stores these often does not)
If you receive by mistake a broken object, they will fully refound you. I you have any problem with the product they refound you. They accept Paypal payment, they use a really good points method. A very good shipping method with Italy Express
