My first order on gearbest WW************** is a Yi 4k cam. I ordered it on 28/05/2017 cause it's the lowest price and It arrived around 13days, so fast! It works so well and It's wonderful!
I recommend gearbest, cause I'm finding everything I want, the prices are low and the shipping is so fast! Gearbest is really the best shopping online!

My first order with Gearbest was handled very well! My order of 2 Nitecore Tubes was delivered very quickly and I received prompt communication all the way from ordering until the product was delivered. I am very impressed with Gearbest's service and look forward to making more orders in the future!

First of all, I need to say that I made some purchases already one gearbest and I'm happy with those products. But when we have a problem with any of it, the return and costumer service are a real nightmare.
They dont care if you are waiting for a month or not, sometimes they even ask you the same question in two following tickets, that they take a all day to answer.
For me, their return services is just ridiculous and I dont recommend to anyone

Most of the items i order at gearbest are related to vaping. They surely have the best overall prices, a great structered and easy to use website and lastly the support is fantastic.

Would recommend gearbest to anyone.

Adquirí una Tablet Cube Iwork 1x, resultando un producto excelente que llegó en un período de tiempo breve (para tratarse de un envío estándar desde China) y envuelto perfectamente para evitar cualquier tipo de desperfecto. Según lo esperado habíendole dado poco uso aún, con un sistema de pago rápido (Paypal en mi caso) y un buen servicio de postventa que espero no tener que usar si todo va bien. Muy recomendable, el producto y por supuesto la tienda, habiendo adquirido ya varias cosas en corto tiempo.

This company is horrible. I purchased a phone on their website and right after it was shipped (can't cancel order), they lowered the price by $200. I tried to negotiate for the difference in price since I haven't received the order and DHL had no comments that it was picked up. They wouldn't budge saying they only have a 72 hour price protection guarantee after order is placed. But it takes about 2 weeks between placing order and when order is shipped. When I asked the customer service agent to direct me to the part of the website that says that, they ignored my comment. I felt like the way the company operates is a little shady and don't care about customer satisfaction at all. They basically just told me too bad. I wouldnt even have mind if they return the money as store credit. At least I would have ordered another item from them. Now I would NEVER ever order from them again and don't recommend anyone to order from them. They answer tickets within their stated 24 hours. But they don't answer your questions directly or address your problems. After 3 days, they just told me too bad.

You would be better off ordering items off of AliExpress at least there's better protection of your order and the price you pay. Things are more transparent and not as shady compared to gearbest.

Iam from Greece, i ordering in Enlgish and the money transaction is in at Euro, the products is very good that i have orded. The shipping time was good.The most of times the shipping made 10-20 days for Greece and the estimate dilivery is 15-25, but if you dont know how to use the shipping methods maybe you will pay to much. I think they have to describe better the shipping methods.
GearBest have variety of paying methods. I recommend this site although cause is very reliable and they keep what they say, very good prices, very good products fast shipping.
