I ordered a lot of stuff from gearbest. Usually vaping mods and atomizers. My last order was W**************. The prices are competitive and I received them in 13 days in 15/05/17, very short time considering that I live in italy! Products are good and the support service very kind and responsive.

I order a mobile which arrives without sim card holder, after several messages they offer me 6$ refund instead sending the missing part. Now I have paid 180$ for nothing. Be aware, if something wrong on your order you'll not be assist.

I ordered my phone 3 weeks ago and paid 10 more for fast shipping (3-7 business days from Hong Kong). Every time I contact them I get a new BS answer - first, they asked me twice for my address after sending it right every time; then, they said it was not their responsability because they do not take care of shipping: after that, they offered to refund the whole thing or wait even more, but they don't answer me why they didn't even ship it yet and they don't refund me the 10 I paid more for fast (a joke, surely) shipping.
