Every time I contact them I get a new BS answer - first, they asked me twice for my address after sending it right every time; then, they said it was not their responsability because they do not take care of shipping: after that, they offered to refund the whole thing or wait even more, but they don't answer me why they didn't even ship it yet and they don't refund me the 10 I paid more for fast (a joke, surely) shipping.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
