I have been purchasing gadgets and other electronics for almost two years from Gearbest store. Up to this date, I have never had a problem and whenever I had an issue with shipment status, support team was very helpful and responsive. Gearbest is nice website, where you can find stuff much cheaper than in normal shops, you just have to spend some time looking and of course, waiting.
Shipping: Most things are with free shipping. Ussualy stuff that i order arrive in about 15-20 days, which is great

Service Professionalism: I was really suprised how the support is kind and professional.
Returns Policy: Luckily i havent experience with full return, what is obviously great (great product quality), only one time i have some troubles with one of my products, but i was ussing it for long time and they gave me 10% cost of a product back, great!

Ich kaufe schon seit 2 Jahren bei gearbest und bis jetzt kam alles komplett und entsprach meinen Vorstellungen. Bezahlung ist sehr angenehm mit PayPal, wo ich als Käufer versichert bin. Ich wähle als Versandweg immer 'Direct Line', wo meine bestellten Sachen sehr schnell kommen und bereits von gearbest verzollt werden, was mir alles sehr erleichtert. Auch der Support ist sehr zuvorkommend und wenn etwas doch nicht funktioniert, dann wird es zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Bis jetzt kann ich nur Gutes über diesen Shop berichten!

Everything I've ordered so far arrived within 20 days (which is great considering I'm from Croatia), and the package wasnt damaged (2 keyboards so far were the biggest I've ordeder).
