I bought some items from GearBest a while ago and I would like to share my experience with you. First of all, The variety of the pruducts I had to choose from was excitingly big, though I got a little bit confused from some of them due to not knowing which one to pick among them. After that, the price in which I got it, which was great. I bought the Amazfit Pace smartwatch, which costs 200EUR in Greece, but got it for only 100EUR from gearbest and with free shipping. Then, the proccess is very easy to follow, and note that this was my very first online purchase. After that, 2 more orders followed, one with some fidget toys and one with a pair of earphones and some other things. In all of them, the proccess which I had to follow was very simple. The only problem I found with these orders, is the availability. In the site, some products were shown as available even though I was informed they weren't. Though, after some minutes, maybe half an hour, the availability got refreshed. The shipping was fast, no products were damaged when arrived and the tracking was overall good... To a Support prospective, if someone needs help quickly, I'd recommend the Live Support option when able because it is fast and as good as applying a ticket. Overall, my experience with GearBest was great. I also became an associate a while back, we'll see how that goes...

I used to order Quite frequently from GB and every second being with them is something amazing. Price is lowest on whole internet, but service, stuff and everythings quality is highest! I will order in future from them

I had a great shopping experience with this store.
It's the third time I've bought it, and since it always was very good, the delivery time is faithful. All problems are resolved quickly and the attendants are very attentive, strongly recommend buying with the gearbest.
Because living in Brazil is difficult to buy abroad, but using Gearbest I was able to order a HD668B in perfect condition.

I only buy in internet by PaYPAL, its very very bog pros for gearbest. Fast delivery also! Item came in full compectation!

It was full of vape items!
I receive it (italy) in about 10 days! Really very fast
The shipment was of course very fast considering the distances.
Objects received perfect.
I only had a small problem, an atomizer was wrong, and customer service was quick in solving the problem.
Prices are low compared to the average (especially if the offers are available ;)) .
That is to say, the experience is always positive and will definitely buy again.
I would recommend to all the vapers to give an eye to the site.

Do not order from gearbest. I ordered a cell phone and when i realized I ordered the wrong one I sent it back. Gearbest then said after two months that it didn't receive it. However they said they would issue me a $50usd refund even though I paid over $200cad for the phone. When I said ok to accept the $50usd they then changed their minds and said they would instead give me 200 points which is equivalent to $1 usd. This is their way of showing how much they care about retaining customers. What a joke. Do not buy from these guys.

I have ordered alot on Gearbest to Germany (Xiaomi Robot, Xiaomi Redmi 4 Pro, some Waterpumps, ect) and everything is fine. Support is also very fast and helpfull.
