Llevo ya algún tiempo comprando en Gearbest y mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, solo un producto no me llegó pero fue culpa de la paquetería y me hicieron mi reembolso, muy bueno el servicio y precios excelentes.

Terrible customer service. I received a broken product. I had to pay $18.85 to send it back. They claim to was not broken enough, so are making me pay my own shipping. They received it 10 days ago( I have tracking) they claim they haven't seen it yet. I do not trust this company at all and would not buy from them ever again!

I order an action camera and pay extra money for a quick shipping within 2 weeks. But then they said that item will be ship within one month. So i ask for a refund and do not want the item any more. Then they lie to me and saying that item is already ship. Then few weeks after they for extra money for shipping, 35$. Too much expensive for this item. I try so many time tell them that i dont the item and ask for refund, but they answer me in an other subjet and avoid the reclam for refund. The process to reclam and get refund is very very bad. They dont care about your request and dont respect any guideline for the reclam process. It is such a nightmare, talking to a wall. Never buy with gearbest, you lossing time, money and get very angry to deal with that. And i can not believe that others reviews are gving good stars, they are fake, any website has, even the good one, only good review, they are always complain or issue to resolve, so dont trust the other reviews. This was my first and last order on this site. I do not recommande it at all, just avoid.
Until now, I have made two orders on GearBest, first was on Jan 16,2017 with order number W**************, and the second one was on May 05 with order number W**************. Both of them were sent using Netherlands Registered Post. Both of packages came on my adress in about 20 days which is pretty solid if we consider distance beetwen locations and cost of the shipping which is really small. All products came in perfect condition and were good protected. Quality of the products is also pretty solid if we have in mind their price. At the and, I can say that GearBest is great place for shopping and I will definitely buy here again.
Mi experiencia con esta tienda ha sido muy buena, he comprado en dos ocasiones la primera fue en agosto y los productos son; tv box android (nexbox a95x), Xiaomi Pocket para compartir wifi desde la pc y por ultimo un reproductor de musica tipo ipod suffle y los tres productos funcionan de maravilla a pesar del tiempo que ha pasado y el uso que ha sido medio/fuerte. El envio fue por medio de DHL y me llego rapido en solo 1 semana ya tenia mi pedido en casa.
La segunda compra que realice fue un Xiaomi Redmi 4x version internacional y accesorios para dicho smartphone y ya tengo un mes con el y no ha existido ningún problema. El envio fue igual por medio de DHL y me llego en 10 dias por que se atraveso fin de semana.

La livraison est un peu longue donc si vous avez une commande urgente, favorisez un shop plus proche de chez vous ou alors la livraison express mais par contre les tarifs sont imbattables.
Le SAV fonctionne bien, ils sont réactifs et trouvent toujours une issue qui convient au client.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
