For years I'm using GB to buy some gadgets and electronics. I'm using other internet shopping sites as well, but troughs years GB become my first source. They proved as reliable and convenient partner with great customer support. Most of the time I'm using GB mobile application. They change for shipping service but I have found this as advantage as this is not so pricey but I could choose courier service that better deal with shipment to my country. While buying website suggest me to add up some money, if some scratches or thing broken during shipping, this will cover and send new one. But when I receive my stuff, is come with good package but scratches in items. They are lair. Now they said they will give me 200 points which worth 2 dollars. Don't every buy from this site. Other shopping site is trustworthy but this site is stealing money. Even I read that if item did arrived they don't care. Becarefull

Last month I have orderes 2 moblie phones on Gearbest.com, when the phones rrivs one of hem are D. O. A. I put a ticket in Support center and A. S.A. P. i have the repli and i asked a parcial refund because the direcence betwen the refund, the price of the Mobile Phone and delivery coste to send it back back was not great.
