Well, I was looking for a bargain price for a DJI Mavic Pro, and I was concerned about shipping timings and custom duties, living in Italy. Reading about good experiences from other italian customers, I purchased a Mavic from Gearbest. First thing that hit me has been the good price of the combo version, and second has been the chance to have it without paying for its delivery in Italy. Well... I had to wait just for a week, and then Gearbest delivered the drone right at my address, without even paying for custom duties!
Gearbest is overall good place to shop online. Shipping is fast. Packaging is better than Banggood. Customer service response time also not bad.
But they are dishonest about product reviews. I left 3 star feedback for the product i purchased from GearBest. I left mix review for the item as personal view as I bought it with all my money. Some review guys who got it as free may leave 4 or 5 stars review. But normal user/buyer will leave as their own opinion based on the price and the quality of the product.

These guys will not help you out if there is anything wrong with your order (if you even get it in a month or two.) No matter what it may be. Basically told me to F*** off and offered $5.00 in store credit after a week of emailling. No refund... Nothing. Just a get lost that's your problem you figure it out, we have already have your money... Stay away from ordering here it's like playing Russian roulette.
