Gearbest is one of the main online shops in china with a very good connection to European countries by providing several shipping methods. I made several orders from this site and I never found any problem regarding the shipping or the product. I also had used the support to cancel one order and to know more details about how the webpage works. They were very friendly and reach me within one day without major problems.
Moreover they have a lot of products not available in European countries!

Well, first things first.
I made a purchase on GearBest online store August 06,2017.
What a horrible mistake I made!
I have an issue with payment that nobody cares to solve.
I was charged R$ 30.52 above than was stated in checkout.
I tried million of times to solve the problem.
Open a ticket and they asked Ebanx for informations
Ebanx tells me to ask GearBest.
No one cares to solve the problem!
And I need the smartphone, since it is a gift for my girlfriend.
They lost date to send it to me.
It is still processing!
If you are from Brazil, pick my piece of advice and don't buy from them.
My lasts two purchases went well, but if you need some help to solve any problem then you will get none.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
