Before using GearBest I was using Amazon as online purchasing medium. However, the range of items available on Amazon is also limited.
Anyways i made my first purchase and got my self a new Jijia 8010 Men Mechanical Watch. At first I was really nervous that I could receive a watch in non working condition but everything went fine, the shipment time was fast, the product arrived in great conditions, overall the experience was great, since that I have made a lot more orders from the site.
My rating on GearBest is 10/10 would buy again in GearBest!

Maybe its just my back luck. Ordered a ThiEye T5E action camera from Gearbest and received a defect unit (couldnt record sound) so clearly their QC/QA process isnt perfect.
GB customer support initially requested me to send an evidence video clip (to prove no sound could be recorded) with file size below 2M. They have no idea about the file size of HD video camera and clearly they dont understand the product they are selling, maybe due to poor product training.
With my complaint they then offered me RMA but sent me two different RMA numbers (one of them is correct) and the return address is a personal contact in Shenzhen China. Multiple reviews in TrustPilot.com are related to never-received RMA (lost?) incidents that scared me. I finally decided to keep the partially working device and save the hassle (post back the device) and the risk to return it. I then rejected GBs offering of $20-30 refund as it wont compensate my upset and actually I am blaming only myself for making the wrong decision (buying from GB).
GB might be a place to buy gadget with competitive price but people need to be aware of the potential risks (defect units and less optimal customer services and troublesome RMA/Repair process) especially if you are located far away from Shenzhen, China.
I like the products that I bought, very fast shipping and the products was perfect. First I bought a Smartwatch #N1 there, and I like it very much, the price was awesome. Then I bought a case for my Nintendo Switch, and it was very nice, I really needed a case for my switch, and it arrived earlyer than I expect

DO NOT ORDER! I ask to cancel my order the next day and before it was shipped. They didn't. Now they expect me to pay custom fees and sent it back! Unbelievable!

These items are the same that you can find on ebay or amazon but the difference is the price! The shipping is very advantageous and fast: with a few extra euros you can choose delivery by courier (waiting for 10-15 days) that is free for orders over 40. Additionally each purchase gives one point per every $ spent that allows you to receive discounts in next orders (50 points = $ 1). Very satisfied, 5 stars!
