Gearbest's prices are very good too, was 22 dollars less than another chineese's site for this air purifier.
Can be long, but for free shipping, it's awesomely quick!
The Xiaomi purifier was in it original box and in another box, and arrived in excellent condition! (i paid for EU Express shipping for "almost" free)
Gearbest's support is very good. If you have any questions, just ask them and they will answer under 24h most of the time! (sometimes few hours after your request :))

I am writing this review based on multiple orders I have purchased from GearBest. I came across this site on word of mouth of a friend of mine and it indeed lived up to my expectations.
GearBest has a huge selection of product which you can literally browse all day long. I am a Geek and was happy to see that they even have a category after that (yay!). The prices are competitive and shipping is worldwide. You can pay using PayPal so there is your peace of mind also. Being from India, I was worried about the shipping charges and time. But to my relief they have tie up with a local logistics (GATI) and I was able to track my order from HongKong to Mumbai without any issues. The shipping cost is almost negligible and the packaging was adequate.
Overall I am a happy returning GearBest customer and would recommend it highly to my fellow geeks!

They advertised product and after payment only will let you know that have to wait for an indefinite time for them to restock. And once you filed a complaint through paypal, they will make your next purchase harder.
Been buying from gearbest for years and never had huge problems with them. All the minor issues got resolved quickly and amicably in my favor. It is the #1 store for chinese products for me and I always check Gearbest first.

I'm still waiting for my package after 4 weeks and the tracking details they provided do not work. They do not help at all when asking them, they keep giving me those incorrect tracking details. I'm disgusted by this.

I would like to share my shopping experience with Gearbest, the smartphone arrived in 14 calendar days, it came with no apparent problem. Everything working fine so far, including the fingerprint reader that many complain about malfunctioning. The only thing though was that I did not think the product was well packed, luckily the carton was not kneaded and the unit could have suffered some damage. I already have 4 months of use of the product and everything is perfect, my first experience in Gearbest was great.
