I usually buy xiaomi products (I bought miband2, mi5s, mi scale and some other goods) and all products were in great condition, the delivery was fast. I always receive goods in 2 weeks. When you contact support, they answer you within24 hours. Communication with support is very easy and polite, they are very kindly with you. You can also check for coupon or promotion codes.
