If it comes to refunds on GearBest it is extremely easy and reliable. I had a situation when GearBest by mistake allowed a promo code for an item by mistake. They have excused me for their mistake, cancelled the order, gave me back my money and additionally granted me 5$ coupon with no expiration date! No one can beat that.
There's also awesome points system that can be used to lower price of an item by up to 30%. It's easy to collect points by making orders and writing reviews of purchased items. I really think that GearBest is the best!
