Compro ormai da due anni da questo sito e devo dire che sono sempre stati molto precisi e disponibili, i pacchi arrivano in italia indicativamente dopo 10/15 gg e raramente ho avuto problemi. Non condivido molto la politica di reso in quanto se si hanno problemi tecnico ci con i loro prodotti bisogna pagare i costi di reso anche se il prodotto è ancora in garanzia (di un anno). Per il resto sempre ricevuto risposte e soluzioni esaustive ad eventuali segnalazioni e problemi.

Antes, quando ouvia falar em importar produtos da China, ficava com receio pelo grande "esteriótipo" que se tem a cerca dos produtos chineses. Mas a Gear Best me fez olhar estes produtos de outra forma, ao contrário do que todo mundo diz, os produtos importados da China são de excelente qualidade e a Gear Best prioriza a qualidade em seus produtos. Por isso eu recomendo e muito comprar e utilizar dos produtos, de qualidade, que este site oferece aos seus clientes.
I bought a smartwatch with Gearbest, but the gold color is not uniform, there is small dirty spot on it it's looks like an old one. I talk to them and they told me to pay to have another one. It's the first and last time i will buy something with them, i'm very frustrated and I am very disappointed
The powerbank i bought on Gearbest siteworks really great. I did not have any problems with it. It took only about 2 weeks for unregistered package to get from China to Poland. The description of the product was really satysfaing. I'm sure i will do more shopping on Gearbest.
I received the item i ordered, as all was well, until not long down the line, the battery started swelling.
I looked online for a replacement battery to buy, which I couldnt find, so contacted gearbest customer service.
AWFUL
It took a long time to get them to understand the issue. Once they did they told me a new battery was on its way... it never was - that was a lie.
Turns out they wouldnt send a replacement, i either send back the phone to be 'repaired', or have a small refund of instore credit.
I cant send the battery back to China as its unsafe, and why should i trust them to 'repair' it? And why would i want a little instore credit? Either way is going to cost me money - to repair or buy new...
Months of messaging back an forth, to get absolutely no where.

It`s been a while since i placed my first order on gearbest, but after i got my first package, gearbest became on of my favorites sites from where i buy my little gadgets. Each package arrived in time and i was able to track them. The items match the description, so i got no surprises. From little video adapters, vapes, led light bulbs, other electronic devices and even slippers i was satisfied with this site. So i will recommend to anyone that want`s to try to order from China little cool gadgets.
I bought with confidence, GearBest is reliable and fast site, with very agile support, answered all my doubts very easily. The products I purchased came as advertised, quality and well packaged. Highly recommend!
Reliabe site, with customer service always available for any question. I made 3 orders all arrived at the destination and almost everything with shorter shipment times than I expected. Products conforming to description, they are three Xiaomi smartphone for me and my family. The first took a long time to arrive, but the others two only 8-10 days!
They shipped half of my products the earphones are great as are the external USB-c covers. The projector never focused. The iPhone accessories just don't work (rendering them paperweights).
The rest of the order just never made it
The "customer support" answer almost immediately with almost automated and repetitive responses. These responses are generic and sufficiently incoherent that you have no idea what is happening. After countless attempts to resolved this matter with the "customer support". I finally gave up.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
