Hey, I made a lot's of gearbest orders. They have a lot of great deals such as flash sales and other great stuff. They send packages very fast, my package have never beed lost by their carriers. If you can change the carrier I would recommend to you go with NL post! Also If you register on your phone (Android and IOS) and use it for shopping you will also get a LOT sales! Recommend. Recently Purchased bluedio t2+ from gearbest in stealing deal. Product arrived in 10 days which is unbelievable for international purchase but the product mic was not working which i believe manufacturing defect. So I interacted support team and they are so nice and helpful, they totally understand my issue and refunded the full amount. Really very nice experience with gerabest

I had my eye on a smartphone. The price was 33 and it said the discount would last 4 more days.
I bought a case and tempered glass for the phone, and was planning on buying the phone on the next day, when I got my paycheck.
But that afternoon, the phone had another sale (I entered the same link). It was more expensive this time: 42 (9 more expensive). It said that "sale" would last more 17 hours.
Then, I contacted Gearbest by Live Chat. I explained all this situation (about the sale ending sooner than announced) to the person on the chat, and he said that the previous sale (33) would restart, after the last one (42) ended... I waited till the 42 sale ended... and now is at 46.
I contacted support this time, the answer I got was:
"We are sorry for this inconvenience.

I hate when companies think they can just mock people like this.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
