I have bought a OnePlus5 at Gearbest in the beginning of August and the product took almost 40 days to arrive (but all of this is brazil's customs fault). I was anxious and worried because some batches of this phone had problems with the charger. But...

As soon as my phone arrived, I was so happy! It's lightning fast and there is nothing like this at this price in Brazil. The support was great answering my questions about the delivery time also.

Overall, the experience was great and I have nothing to complain.

I purchased a Lenovo P2 phone from them advertised for a particular european model and the phone that was delivered turned out to be for the Chinese market and missed out a critical 4G band 20 which means the performance for reception is very poor. I have pointed this out to their terrible support after becoming engaged in a 3 week email exchange including many photos of the packaging and materials. They would not acknowledge that I had purchased the phone from them and used email delay tactics to push me beyond my statutory rights period so I they won't accept the phone back for a refund. This is nothing short of fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent smart watch. Beautiful. It's nice to wear. Delivery with Gearbest is fast. I liked the store.
