I think this is my worst experience on online shop
I Bought a brand new phone Xiaomi mi 5s - 5 months ago and suddenly it stopped to work. I contacted the support team and after several exchanges they asked me to send it back to them. I had to pay for the transportation fees that is fine for me.
After one and half month of investigation on their side they informed me that
Phone cannot be repaired - they will not provide me new one and they can refund me back 130$ when I bought it for 300$
NEVER BUY ON THIS WEBSITE
I just received my 11th order from gearbest. All of them were in perfect packaging, no transport marks, scratches etc. They managed to fit in the declared delivery times even though I picked almost the cheapest delivery option (registered air-mail). Their prices are half the price in my home country, so the goods are pretty cheap but it doesn't mean the quality is poor. I'm definitely going to buy more stuff from them.

Hanno dei prodotti affidabili e sono sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. Persino quando ho avuto un problema per colpa dello spedizioniere che aveva schiacciato un pacco e rotto una parte dell'oggetto all'interno il supporto in 24 ore mi ha rimborsato parzialmente.
Le descrizioni dei prodotti sono chiare ed affidabili ( non ho mai riscontrato un errore ed ho acquistato parecchio) oltretutto si può scegliere in quale magazzino prendere il materiale ( quindi si può scegliere o il prezzo più basso oppure la velocità nella consegna) si hanno mille possibilità e le offerte a volte sono le più concorrenziale altre volte no ma sinceramente io sono del parere che posso anche spendere 10/20 euro in più pur di avere un buon supporto si pre che post vendita e date chiare di consegna.
Quindi per riepilogare se continuano cosi sinceramente possono solo migliorare e io continuerò a consigliare GeraBest.com a tutte le persone che conosco.

5) My son is using received Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X every day and enjoying it.
6) Gearbest often arranges flash sales, gives coupons and points. So, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X costed really cheap for me.

If you are considering buying from gearbest stop and move to banggoods or aliexpress. My order has "packed" status and is (in time of writing this) not being sent for 7th day. Contacting support on 3rd day i got "I have checked your order it will be shipped in 1-3 days". On 6th day "wait 3 more days order is usually dispatched in 1-7 days". Asking why they are lying to my the sent: "Sorry for incontinence but there was a bug in our system, wait 3 more days". Asking for compensation in form of a coupon for all the waiting response is: "It is normal just wait 3 more days".
They only answer 1 email a day and after I accused them of lying to me they won't write when will they ship the goods. It's a nightmare.

Below gearbest message shows you how they are treating you complains. I have explicitly stated that my order has status "packed" and they write you about "stock availability". So you see that they just lie to you when state what status your item has. "Packed" doesn't mean they have it packed - just amazing logic!

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
