I made the purchase on August 6. Due to the bureaucracy of my country, my purchases usually take 45 ~ 60 days to arrive, so I was not even worried that on August 9 my purchase had not yet arrived. However on this date the store sent me an email asking if my purchase had already arrived, even without me or having sought support. I then informed them that I had not arrived and they offered to assist. Then, on August 13th, my purchase was delivered sooner than I expected and well packed.
