I bought Xiaomi Mi Note 3 on the 19th of November and received it exactly one month later, on 20th of December, respecting the delivery times without any issues, although the period before Christmas was very difficult.

I bought a product on this site. Everything was OK, including the delivery of the product, but shortly after receiving the product, I received an email that announced that I had an unpaid product. I logged in and found that it had been hacked. My personal data has been changed: name, address, country.
An order had been made to be sent to a whole other country than the one I live in. I think I was lucky I did not pass my bank or credit card details to the gearbest.com account. Also, in "Address Book" my personal data has been changed.
I have announced the incident to the site's security team, but I haven't received any response from them. Instead, I received a lot of emails that asked me about my experience on the site.
Even though I explained in every answer given to the emails I received, that my account was hacked, every time I received another e-mail addressing to my opinion on the experience on the site.
I tried to delete my account from this site. There is no such option!
So, pay attention! The site does not show the security of your personal data!

Hello,

I want to tell my experience of a product that I bought on Gearbest. It is about the smartphone Lenovo Zuk Z2.
I was a little bit afraid to buy a product with a high price, so first I went to many online stores to know the prices and the gearbest showed the lowest price. Second, I search for some reviews and the Gearbest was the website with the better reviews about the shipping experience and about the costumer service. So I choosed to buy throught Gearbest and my experience was very good. The package was in good conditions and very protected. I recommend buying through gerabest, I've done others purchases and everything went well.

Just picked up an original TF RTA G1 Deck to complete my set, which you cannot even get in the UK yet, just over two weeks and my RTA Deck arrived, I also picked up an original V8 RBA - 16 Deck, which arrived exactly two weeks all the way from China, both items were free delivery and both in one of Gearbest's flash sales, so I got both items for just over a tenner, where you cannot even pick up one for that over here, if you can get hold of them. Service was great from start to finish and I highly recommend Gearbest, for price, quality and as mentioned service, I will be buying all my vape gear from Gearbest in future. Thanks.

This company is horrible. I purchased a phone on their website and right after it was shipped (can't cancel order), they lowered the price by $200. I tried to negotiate for the difference in price since I haven't received the order and DHL had no comments that it was picked up. They wouldn't budge saying they only have a 72 hour price protection guarantee after order is placed. But it takes about 2 weeks between placing order and when order is shipped. When I asked the customer service agent to direct me to the part of the website that says that, they ignored my comment. I felt like the way the company operates is a little shady and don't care about customer satisfaction at all. They basically just told me too bad. I wouldnt even have mind if they return the money as store credit. At least I would have ordered another item from them. Now I would NEVER ever order from them again and don't recommend anyone to order from them. They answer tickets within their stated 24 hours. But they don't answer your questions directly or address your problems. After 3 days, they just told me too bad.

You would be better off ordering items off of AliExpress at least there's better protection of your order and the price you pay. Things are more transparent and not as shady compared to gearbest.

I ordered 6 items. I only received 2 of them and the invoice that came with them had them each priced at half of what I paid. I disputed for a partial refund as I did not want to bother with paying for returning what I got for a full refund. Gearbest only offered a refund that did not cover what I paid for what I had received so I ended up declining it, then PayPal made me return the items to get my refund. 20 days later, I stil do not have my refund, nor any items and I am out $121 bucks PLUS $31 for shipping back to GearBest in China. PayPal and GearBest are down right thieves and I have filed complaints with IC3, FTC, my states attorney general, the San Jose District Attorney and the San Jose Police Department. Save you money and pay more through a USA based company instead of these thieves! You HAVE your items! They were returned to you via USPS 3-Day Priority International Mail on March 11,2016. You have had them back since March 14,2016. REFUND MY MONEY NOW!
