I made many orders on gearbest and everytime that I had doubts they have always helped. Problems can happen obviously, but once again they have always solved them.
Ordered some stuff to Israel. Gave them My address in English AND Hebrew. 2 weeks later I get a message that my order was sent back from the shipping company because the address is not in English. Complete waste of time.
Part 2 of the mess:
Gearbest canceled 2 orders I made but told me only about one cancellation. Wasted more than a month waiting for the other one and only after asking them about it I was told that it was canceled.
Gearbest response is a joke. The address i gave is correct and in English. I just added the street name in Hebrew. There should be no problem using this address. If Gearbest refuse to accept Hebrew letters in the address they should not confirm the order and notice me there is a problem with the address on time.
Gearbest customer service only offered me a small discount for future orders. This is insulting. After a couple of failures I will not buy anything from them again. This discount is useless
So to sum it up:
2 orders, both canceled, huge waste of time. Terrible customer experience. Stay away!

I order chuwi hi8 pro, on stock over 150pcs! But after my order I received information sorry we don't have on stock this product and we could offer change your order to gearbest points lol. They not say any word about refund!
After my angry reply they offer me change to another tablet and I said ok. After over week I receive information, sorry but we could send you your order becuase we don't have on stock this new tablet! Money receive after long time of dispute on paypal, so be carefull this is scamer site and never have on stock products, positive feedbacks are generated from their people stuff.
