Very good shop, never had problems with orders, always shipped and delivered quickly, if something happened with the product during shipping, support center always helps and responds quickly.

Ordered some stuff to Israel. Gave them My address in English AND Hebrew. 2 weeks later I get a message that my order was sent back from the shipping company because the address is not in English. Complete waste of time.

Part 2 of the mess:
Gearbest canceled 2 orders I made but told me only about one cancellation. Wasted more than a month waiting for the other one and only after asking them about it I was told that it was canceled.

Gearbest response is a joke. The address i gave is correct and in English. I just added the street name in Hebrew. There should be no problem using this address. If Gearbest refuse to accept Hebrew letters in the address they should not confirm the order and notice me there is a problem with the address on time.
Gearbest customer service only offered me a small discount for future orders. This is insulting. After a couple of failures I will not buy anything from them again. This discount is useless

So to sum it up:
2 orders, both canceled, huge waste of time. Terrible customer experience. Stay away!

I ordered Xiaomi Hybrid Pro HD. I thought it took a long time to reach me. But my order took abouth 1 month to reach.
It is amazing for me. Because in Turkey, shopping from abroad is very hard and order duration is Around 3 month.
My order was not damaged and orignal. And of course, I love it. I recomend gearbest everyone. This experience was unbellievable.

I met Gearbest a couple months ago, i regret that i didn't meet earlier, because they have lots of different products, sales and they ship really fast for example one of my order was W************** Alfawise Z28 TV Box, it came in 10 days to Turkey which is perfect. I had one item didn't come, they refunded quickly, i suggest you to try Gearbest.

I can say I've had positive experience with GearBest. Best thing about GearBest is there are no fake/counterfeit products like on other sites where every business owner can sell their stuff. If it says it's original you can be certain that it is. Also you will not spend your time searching around the site for best/cheapest offers because there is only one of each product and all prices are cheap. They also have presales of some items. I bought my Mi Band 1S before it arrived in any other store and for half the price that it costs now because I was one of the first buyers. You can also always ask any kind of questions about the product and even see what other people have asked and see all the answers. Benefit is also that you get bonus points for leaving reviews and you can use that money for any other purchases but only 10% of the original price. Still in only 10 purchases you can accumulate more than $10 worth bonus points and it doesn't even matter how much you have already spent. Shipment times can vary. Sometimes you receive package in two weeks and sometimes in more than a month but that is not their fault. Every shipment package is photographed when it's sent. This is what every online store should have. Overall very good and positive experience.

Gearbest is one of the best shops to buy online articles that are only available in china. It has the best prices. I really like buying on it and i had amazing deals. I really recommend it

Another my order and another time cheating procedures by gearbest "shop"
I order chuwi hi8 pro, on stock over 150pcs! But after my order I received information sorry we don't have on stock this product and we could offer change your order to gearbest points lol. They not say any word about refund!
After my angry reply they offer me change to another tablet and I said ok. After over week I receive information, sorry but we could send you your order becuase we don't have on stock this new tablet! Money receive after long time of dispute on paypal, so be carefull this is scamer site and never have on stock products, positive feedbacks are generated from their people stuff.
