Gearbest is an excellent store, all my products always arrive, well packaged and the prices are unbeatable. It is definitely the best online shopping store in China.

This is a good shop with a large assortment. There is a good choice of delivery methods at low cost. Regular promotions and discounts. Overall store satisfies my needs.

Sold me a Asus ROG 2 phone with a warranty that is local to China only. Asus refused to help and asked me to contact Gearbest who refused to help also but said they will issue a partial refund of $120 (£88 UK) - but refused to refund it back to my PayPal and instead issued it to their app wallet!. Contacted PayPal and Gearbest asked me to trust them and cancel the dispute and they will refund to my PayPal, which I agreed to. Surprise, they won't refund back to Paypal! And now I am stuck with a store credit to a scam website and paying £248 for screen repair! Unable to raise with PayPal again hense the haha get lost attitude. Dishonest and so disingenuous with their fake overly nice condescending English. Do not use for larger purchases. Suitable for buying cheaper bulk items like face masks! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I started the adventure with this store some time ago after the recommendation by friends and positive opinions on the Internet and among loved ones. Same positive recommendation. I was encouraged by their positive opinion and high transaction security. Very fast delivery of dowries at a low price and fast delivery to my home. I am very happy, that's why I wanted to recommend this shop to everyone and leave a positive opinion so that others would not have doubts whether it is worth buying at GearBest. Because it's really WORTH! You can collect points and reduce the price of the product! This is great! It is worth mentioning customer service that works 24h / 7. Customer service is re-perfect and full of professionalism. Quick and specific answers about products or any problems. Anything I ordered for this pot turned out to be great, at a great price and the best quality. I really recommend this shop to everyone, if someone has been so far mistrusted. RECOMMEND!

I bought at the store a lot of time e-cigarettes and accessories. W************** and W************** was the last received order. I order on Dez 12 and received on Dez 23. I was very pleased with the quality of goods and the quick delivery. The coustomer support ist one of the best. So i advise to use Gearbest for shopping.

I bought from this site assuming it was a serious reseller.
I had an issue with a MIUI car air filter after few months of rare usage in my B class mercedes.
I asked to help with the "one year repair warranty" option,
But it come out (after a waste of time uploading pictures and videos) that the item is one that "cannot be repaired" well so the "one year repair warranty" doesn't apply.

There was unfortunately no mention on the item listing about this important point.
I'm a bit surprised and don't know how to solve this.

The alternative option has been to have a 20% refund that will not cover neither the repair nor a new filter.

I will add details as soon as this comes to an end

Short update: the support offered a prompt response through sitejabber (which I wish to thank). I will update again as soon as there is an actual option that will solve this issue.

Final update: it took a while, but in the end thanks to Silency from Gearbest support I had a refund of the item. So, in the end, I'd say everything was good. I also have to add that Silency was so kind to make me send back (I paid for the shipping only to Spain and not China fortunately) also the additional filter related to the first bought which was completely useless without the initial item. Thanks for all the effort. I'm glad to review my opinion.

I've choosen GearBest for my last purchases because it is the only one that offers good discount and a wide variety of products when I search for goods that can be found only on chinese stores.

I was searching for a SONOFF BASIC WiFi Wireless Smart Switch online, and Indian websites were showing 2 to times more the rate of Gearbest. Actually Gearbest was listing the product with fast shipping and cheap rate at the same time. I am so glad the item reached me so fast and the package was also awesome!

I had no problem when buying at GearBest. Product were as description and price is almost the lower in the net. Free sending take 30 day to arrived in Italy, but there was no damage to the product.
