I think that this is the best online gadget shop ever! I bought from several online store from China. In the past 2 years I had about 200 orders total ( 38 from GB), but I have the best experiences with Gearbest. Their prices are very good, and you can always find coupons for best buying items, plus you can use GB points to reduce the price. It is possible to pay with Visa, or Paypal also. I have never had any problems with my orders yet. Last time I ordered a 64GB Sa**ung microSD card, which was about 20% cheaper than any other trustable store on the net. It has arrived quickly, and it works fine. I absolutely recommend them to anyone.

All the products I bought at least reached my expectations!
This was my second order, so I was worried. But everything turned out to be simple and reliable. Everything was delivered on time and support on the site always answered in a time.

I have never left a negative review in my life but in this case I really think that everyone must know that they are just thieves. I bought a smartphone (Xiaomi MI5) from Gearbest.com at a good price and the delivery was fairly quick. After 3 months I had some issues with the fingerprint scanner and the battery; I contacted the customer service and I ended up sending back the device for repair (I had to pay the delivery). When the phone came back, it seemed that they had fixed these issues but the phone could not read any SIM cards anymore so I was told to send it back again to their repair centre (again I paid the delivery). They received the phone on the 24th of August and I got it back 2 months later with the same problem!
I contacted them asking for a refund or a replacement since they had not been able to fix it and I had to buy a new phone. They replied telling me that the only option was to return again the device for repair! Thats just insane!
I will not waste any words to insult them, I just want to let people know how Gearbest.com works and deals with customers. Just stay away from them!
