I have made a bunch of purchase in Gearbest website and I have to say that I could not be happier with the result. To be honest, I wasn't really sure about the website at the beginning since I had never heard of it before, but everything turned out great, and now is one of my favourites sites.
I love their fidelity program as well as the possibility for some items to choose the warehouse from which to send them, they have a warehouse at EU and another at China and I have got items from both of the warehouses and everything arrived without any inconveniences (I am buying from Spain, if that is of any interest to the reader).
As well I would like to remark the possibility to use Paypal to pay your orders what gives an extra reassurance when buying things.
The only thing I think they might need to improve is the management of orders, right now although it is possible to cancel an order and I have done it without problems, the process is a bit confuse and not easy to find. You need to send an email to their support and they Will take care of it. I always have received a correct treatment from the support but this method is a bit slow and it might result in the impossibility of cancelling your order if the product has already been shipped by the time the support read the e-mail.
Overall I really recommend the website and if you are hesitating about using the website, my advice is to go ahead, because you will not regret it.

It is really the best place to get your quality equipment cheap.
It is regularly the cheapest online store of all with awesome discounts.
I also appreciate that you are able to choose between several shipping providers to suit your preference. The mail may be a bit slow sometimes (on the cheapest alternatives) but it always get there.

My real objective experience is only very good. Shoping on this site is very smiple. I very much appreciate the remuneration system. You can take advantage of real discounts for every item of goods you collect! It's great. Communication with support centers is very good. I bought alot of things from them and everything went fine. I have 23 orders delivered. The support is good and fast, they refunded me for some items without problems. The only problem i had is with the priority line shipping method which is not Gearbest fault so i recommend using the post shipping instead.
