I recently ordered the Roborock s55, the Cubot Quest and some replacements for the Roborock. At the moment only the Roborock has arrived, just because It was sent by an european warehouse (I live in Italy) and It took only 4 days to come. I bought an Elephone P3000s (mobile phone) from Gearbest but phone stopped working after 2 months. The return process is a SCAM as they try very hard to discourage you to send it back for repair (under warranty). Then they reluctantly send return details but when you return item they conveniently never receive it so they offer you a paltry 30 dollars credit to your account (phone cost me £120!) and that's it. If you buy from Gearbest be prepared for your item to not be covered by any warranty. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Stay away from this company as they are not US based they treat you really bad. I dont want anybody to work with them based on my experience.

I paid extra for expedite shipping (within 10 days) I needed this expedite shipping, because I was going on holidays (I had 20 days) a few days before my holiday, still nothing, and contacted them, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I had to put my order on hold. After receiving the clothes, they where in all different size (not 2xl why I ordered) only 1 item was the correct size, and this so called 2xl was more like a small size. The fabric was horrible, and the finishing was real ugly (not as advertised on the website) Will never order again from this site, and recommend everyone not to order from this site.

I never had a problem doing business with gearbest. Sometimes i open a ticket, when needed, but we always get to an agreeament, and thats what makes Gearbest a special store!
I Purchased a mi5s from gear best. The phone arrived with no plastic covers on the phone it also looked used. The phone itself kept giving me warnings and errors of over heating and randomly turning itself of their was also a buzzig whilst charging. The phone battery gave out and caused the front screen to come loose and acid from inside the battery to pose out the bottom. After contactig gear beat about their warranty I was told the following. That it was a user error. So basically I must of shoved a screwdriver into the battery hand caused the burns on my arms and hands myself? Appalonv service even worse after care. Obviously are not decent standards item so they are selling. After purchase they also wanted me to send a form of id and a photocopy of my bank card front and back. I would avoid. Phone Is barely a few months old. They offered me 4 US dollars points worth of compensation.

I have ordered lots of items from GearBest, around 30, and i always have ended up satisfied with the service bringed.
Most of the items i bought were from china so it took around 1 month per order. Sometimes less (2 weeks), sometimes more... But what is great about GearBest shipping is that on every product you buy you have a free shipping option.
Once one of my orders was taking a little bit too long to arrive and i put myself in contact with GearBest. They apologised and sent me another one, which arrived briefly after.
That makes me feel very safe about buying at GearBest, because i know i will always recieve my product.
Also you have the oportunity to post a review on the product page on their site and win GB points, which can be exchanged to discounts. I have recieved lots of discounts like that.
