Garbest.com is best on-line sales site, sales management and after sales services are very efficient.
RMA management is very professional; help desk always finds a fast and satisfying solution. The operators are very prepared and friendly in all situation.
The products are of great quality with affordable prices. Payment modes are reliable and reached by any user. The structure of the site and the insertions contain all the news required to identify the products in all their characteristics. Shipping costs and methods are very cheap.

Great Prices!

I recently ordered 15 SJ X300 Quadcopters from Gearbest for a class I teach. I searched allover the usual places for deals and found the copters for $17 each. After some comparison shopping the next lowest price was $45 dollars. Even with cost of shipping I still saved a ton! W**************

Where is my order?

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered the E iStick 30W ecig box on 3/5/16. The tracking hasn't been updated since 3/11/16 so where is my package? Today is 3/29/16, if I don't receive it by tomorrow I will be contacting PayPal for a refund.

Great customers service

Ok, so this is my experience buynig in GearBest.com. In general I'm so satisfied with the aftermarket service.
I did many orders from this shop. All my parcel were well packed, and delivered fast. Quality of all I bought were very good. Also the customer service is great. I didn't receive my product and I contacted with them after the stipulated shipping time explaining the situation. They were very nice and support me. Also they refunded my money to my Paypal account.
My first order was a pair of spinners (they didn't arrived) but I got a refund.
Second I purchased a headphones, they are very good and the sound is great. Also I purchased a pair of upgrade cables for my headphones that converts into bluethooth headphones.
I'm still waiting for a TV Box so I'll contact whith they soon.

-Sometime is hard to find a generic product
-Rarely orders may be late (in period with high traffic)

About the shipment service usually the time is well extimated in the product page. The product arrive well crated with a good protection.
The warranty go from 1year to 2 year. And support will help you for any problem

About support you can contact them with ticket, sometime I needed their help for pack lost, and reply is really fast (in 24hr). In this kind of case them will offer you a total refund or to retry the shipment.

Alway got satisfied from support and nowdays you can contact them via chat to get a even faster help.

Great Experiance

Have been using 2 of the H96Pro + units i bought from Gear best for the last few weeks
So far these are a great unit, from the nice little packaging and the standard remote which works extremely well.

Gear best was great to buy from, with free and fast delivery.

The product it self works great, very fast with 3gb DDR 3 ram as well as 64GB storage, i have never had an issue with the amount of apps i have had opened.

The built in WIFI is also great, streaming content over wifi has never been an issue from youtube, netflix or other streaming programs.

I bought a "Beelink M808 TV Box Windows 8.1" on 24th of September (order number W**************). I received it at home after several days. It worked OK for just 2 days: After that time, the TV box doesn't start. It is broken!

I asked for a refund but I got nothing. And what worst: They don't answer my ticket comments. I missed $87 with Gearbest!

It is the first time that I leave a negative feedback, but this is my advice: Do not buy in Gearbest!

I purchased electronic cigarette stuff from Gearbest on April 8th. I bought a lot of things, of which wye85 was not included in the shipping list. I immediately contacted the customer center 24 hours a day and received a response within 5 minutes. I live in Korea and I do not speak English well, but Gearbest counselors made me understand very easily with my excellent English ability. The reason why wye85 was not shipped was because it was out of stock. They informed me of the date of their return. I confirmed that the goods were ship-out on the date of their return. Gearbest also has a very fast shipping line. I am very fond of Gearbest and I will use it steadily.
