A very good e-shop with the best prices I could find. I waited less than a month from china warehouse to Greece that I think is very quick for free shiping. I am very satisfied for the exchange. Hey, anyone can make a mistake so I contacted them, asked for a return label and to ship me the right item. Their response was that I was to pay for return shipping, which they will not refund, and they will issue a refund for my purchase.

They just copy-pasted FAQ's answer from ANOTHER website for DIFFERENT gadget! For example, one nice thing, that I should "push the button on my gadget", but there are NO buttons on my gadget (Mi band 1s). NOOOO buttons at all. What should I push? Yeah, very helpful guys. I would recommend NOT to buy something here, especially cheap things, because if you get it broken, you will not send it back to get refund, because it will be more expensive than just forget about it.

STAY AWAY FROM GEARBEST!
I bough a Yi Cam back in June. After payment I was provided a tracking number that doesn't work (product from China but tracking from Netherland post that doesn't work, suspicious?) after 10 weeks of non receipt the site says that I did not purchase insurance and that's why they refuse full refund. I have opened a dispute with PayPal but they email me daily to ask me cancel th dispute. While they are supposed to communicate formally in paypal's resolution centre. All I can say is this business is SHADY!

I got a tablet from here, it came from their European warehouse (I live in Spain) so all was good. BUT when it fuffed up and stopped working properly that was when the trouble began. I was told to return it for another or a refund, but returns are paid by YOU not the seller, even if faulty. Fair enough, I live in Spain and it came from Europe so I was prepared to send it back at my own expense.
That was until I was told that ALL faulty goods have to go back to China, to their warehouse there. SO I complained as they expected me to send it special delivery/signed for and that would cost me $60 plus. In the end I had no other choice but to look around the net and mend it myself! Found a really good forum and downloaded a new system etc

I received a 21 x Cree XML T6 LED Police Large Flashlight, from this company with no battery instructions. I purchased the batteries separately on Amazon but sadly the torch failed to work. I have contacted the company web site for a return on at least a dozen attempts but the return ticket cannot be processed as their web site doesn't reconise their own order number. Repeated requests for assistance are returned with trite bearing no attempt to answer the question probably as the queries are answered by either a computer or someone with a lack of English comprehension

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
