I have ordered many things from gearbest. Their products in the website is exactly what you have to expect when you receive them. You get the best quality in the lowest price. But what happens when you have ordered the wrong item, or it is not working when you get it? This is where Gearbest is the best, because their support service just rocks! They try to make customer's life easy and give him what he wants. No matter who faults is, gearbest will replace your product and give you some GB points for your next order or will refund your order. That's simple!
So when I had ordered the wrong item, they gave me 2 options. The first was to refund my order and the second was to keep the item and refund the amount of the order in mg GB wallet and some GB points for each dollar of the value.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
