No matter who faults is, gearbest will replace your product and give you some GB points for your next order or will refund your order. That's simple!

So when I had ordered the wrong item, they gave me 2 options. The first was to refund my order and the second was to keep the item and refund the amount of the order in mg GB wallet and some GB points for each dollar of the value.
