A loja é bastante confiável, já comprei diversos produtos na Gearbest, e a maioria chega sem problemas, mas quando ocorre um caso de algum produto não chegar por conta da transportadora na maioria das vezes eles resolvem sem muita burocracia. Recomendo!
He comprado ya varias cosas en Gearbest y la verdad es que ha funcionado muy bien, solo hay que tener en cuenta que las cosas tardan en llegar a España un mes aproximadamente, pero salvo eso, todo perfecto. Si algún producto se demora demasiado o se pierde por el camino (cosa que me ha pasado un par de veces), te lo envían de nuevo o te ofrecen otras soluciones.
Sin duda seguiré comprando en está web.
I've already bought several things in Gearbest and the truth is that it worked very well, you just have to keep in mind that things take a month to get to Spain, but otherwise, everything is perfect. It gets lost along the way (something that happened to me a couple of times), they send it back to you or they offer you other solutions.

Телефон целый, всё работает, бесплатно положили переходник на евровилку. Заказам и магазино доволен. Заказал ещё два телефона, тёте и маме, жду доставки, трэк дали, отслеживается.
A few time ago i discovered Gearbest on an ad on Facebook and i started to buy with fear the first time, with all my first order i had problems, beacuse the send to me less articles, in other one, don´t send nothing for a while, then i place my tickets to know the status and the explain me all of them, in one product they send it in two parts, the one who have less pieces they told me the provider don´t sent the pieces, so they gave me the option to refund me the money, in the third order they told me that had problem to send for the batteries and we found a solution, a few weeks i have a problem with my parcel, Customs stop my parcel and told me that the parcel cannot get in the country for a paper issues, they only gave me the option to reship to the origin country and now Gearbest it´s having a great treatment with me to solve the problem and now they are arrange me a new shipping with all my products.
I recomend to buy on Gearbest, use the options for pre-sale, and the tickets option when you have an issue with the order to share the info with them and solve it.
