Very good purchases, excellent prices, many opportunities and gifts, and a long list of products, the only drawback is that they take a little while in the arrival of the products.

Remember what I said about only receiving copy & paste responses from GearBest? Well, look at all of GearBest's responses to the negative reviews. Aside from attaching your name to the response, it's all automated. If you're trying to get a hold of an actual human being, DO NOT BOTHER!

They reply by saying that I can contact customer support to have the issue resolved. As of this writing, I have over 30+ responses with their customer support "team" and the issue was still not resolved. Also they said they sent me a support ticket in response to this review. They did not. They eventually agreed to issuing a refund but for $20 less than what I paid (despite purchasing shipping insurance). After refusing anything less that a refund in full, they agreed and notified me that it would post on my PayPal account within the next 72 hours. NOPE! They never even tried processing a refund. I ended up having to call PayPal and have a CS representative go over the dispute I filed against GearBest, and within a few minutes of going over the details, PAYPAL (Not GearBest) issued me a refund in full.

Stay away from GearBest. Stay far faaaaaaar away.

I had a great experience with Gearbest. Their products are usually the cheapest, they have quite good shipping time (2-3 weeks to Israel), You get points for each order and review you post that can be used for a discount on your next purchase. Good and responsive customer service, overall a great online shop.

I bought at GearBest several times and I'm sure I will do it again. They have many interesting and high quality products in good prices.
Delivery time is sometimes a bit longer than expected, but store support is in constant in touch with you, so you always know what's going on with your order.

Soon after the purchase the product has already been shipped with the BR Express freight, I received very fast, I loved my Xiaomi MI5X shipped by Gearbest. Whenever I open tickets I am answered quickly, by trained and very attentive professionals. Until a few months ago I was pretty much ordering from online shops based in my country or Amazon/eBay, however this changed after I visited Gearbest, as I realized that I've been overpaying. The same items cost often 3-5x cheaper on Gearbest than on Amazon. That's pretty self-explanatory, who likes to be charged more if they can get the same thing elsewhere?
