Péssima administração da empresa com os clientes. Já gastei mais de 3000 USD com a empresa e quando preciso do pós venda por as encomendas não serem entregues, me é negado a devolução.
Gearbest é uma empresa que fornece o serviço de vendas no Brasil, porém ultimamente com o aumento de vendas, o que acarreta mais lucro para empresa e consequentemente mais problemas, onde muitos produtos são roubados ou chegam com defeito aqui no Brasil, está deixando muito a desejar com o seu pós venda.
A empresa oferece o seguro em seus produtos para o estorno parcial do valor, pois não estornam o dinheiro do frete é do seguro ( já erra aí) é dizem na hora na compra que o seguro a devolução do dinheiro é total. Ontem questionei a empresa em um grupo de Facebook, é fui informado por um moderador, Marcos Vinicius da Silva, que as compras que ele solicitou estorno, foram devolvidos o dinheiro do frete é seguro também. Agora eu pergunto, que empresa é essa que favorecem uns é menosprezam outros que fazem as suas vendas serem maiores.
Para piorar, hoje me encontro com 4 encomendas que não chegaram, onde efetuei o pagamento do seguro de todos as compras e me informaram que não irão devolver o dinheiro a princípio. Depois me oferecem 20% do valor da compra e por último me oferecem 120USD onde a soma das 4 encomendas são mais de 200USD...
Hoje a gearbest está nega um direito meu, amanhã ela irá negar o direito de todos... Não recomendo a loja a ninguém mais...

I have purchased a lot on this website and I have nerver had any problem, just an issue where I could not get my product finally but one of their custom service´s workers explained me all the process to refound me the money very kindly and with any bad word or bad behaviour. Ordered a smart phone with delivery by DHL. After 3 days Gearbest provided a tracking number. After I could not get tracking info I requested cancellation but Gearbest refused saying that I could not cancel because the phone had been shipped. This went on for about 10 days with Gearbest repeatedly lying about shipment. Eventually DHL picked the item up after I advised Gearbest I would refuse delivery and requested they do not ship. They ignored this. At my request DHL returned the phone. Gearbest are still ignoring my refund request month since ordering. However Paypal have refunded me the full purchase price.

I have bought a couple of items from gearbest and the experience was always great. They have good items with very great prices. I highly recommend them for a great shopping experience.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
