Brilliant Customer Service, great prices, fantastic range. I can honestly say that my experience with Gearbest so far has been flawless. From first registering to receiving the goods the customer service has been very good with updates and quick responses from questions.The only problem is choice which is vast and not really a problem but I'm like a kid in a sweet shop. I was originally drawn to Gearbest by a review about a high spec cheap Chinese made Android phone which suited my needs but at a ridiculously low price, by comparison to similar spec phone offered on other wholesale sites I've used in the past.
I was first struck by the quality of the phone which wasn't at all cheap. Good quality, very well designed and put together and works straight out of the box. Very impressed with the goods and Gearbest and would and have recommended them to friends and family.

I was always a little unsure about using GearBest to order my Xiaomi smart home products because they're just so cheap! I ordered a few things to test the water. There is a 2-3 week wait time because the items get shipped from China. This is explained at the outset and understandable, yet for those impatient like me it can be a bit annoying!
When the items arrived, they were well packaged and everything worked perfectly. Some of the instructions are in Chinese but the app that came with the xiaomi mi products was translated quite well in to English and everything worked like a dream. I have ordered twice from GearBest and fully intend to order more from there.
