Hi, my name is Pam and I'll make a review of GearBest.
I've been a customer for the last 4 months and it's been a great experience.
You have to know this store (the warehouse) is located in Asia (China, Hong Kong, etc.) so you need to be patience to get your orders. You might think it could take more than 3 months, but the shipment actually is fast (my orders arrived one month and a half after the purchase, and I'm located in Mexico city).
Prices of the website are very low compared with physical stores or different websites.
Also, the cost of the shipment is not very high (of course, you can choose between different kinds of shipments with different costs).
The first time I made a purchase, the Client Support department contacted me to verify my address cause I had an error, they were very kind and helpful.
I contacted them later cause I wanted to know how to track my purchase and they explained the process to track it.
I received all my stuff in great conditions, anything was damaged or broken. I was afraid the very long distance could damage my order but that wasn't the case.
All the products are good, great quality, and they are all exactly like the pictures in the website.
I am very happy with this website and I totally recommend it.

Dopo il primo impatto, il sito è stato per me quasi una droga. Tanti articoli interessanti a prezzi molto conventienti. I tempi di attesa sono ricompensati dal prezzo finale. Sono molto soddisfatto, in poco tempo ho acquistato molto e, per ora, ne sono abbastanza soddisfatto. Il sito presenta anche un buon gruppo di supporto che, nonostante l'utenza sia ampia, in modo preciso e in tempi specifici.
Continua a fare acquisti su Gearbest senzo ombra di dubbio.

I bought earphones UiiSii U1 on GearBest. There was a defect of song switching in the product. After sending of video-evidence of trouble GearBest refunded me all sum. I recommend

I really liked shopping in this site so this TV Box that I bought from there was just perfect too they have good customer service that gives me a total of information on everything I ask for, I highly recommend!

Order then after 1 month nothing got contacted and for all sorts of reasons they said it was sent.
After another month later still nothing promises again it is on its way.
Already in the 3rd month and nothing so I make a claim through Paypal.
After waiting another month for Paypal judgment, I get nothing back because gearbox has a shipping number yes okay and where is my order!

So conclusion A total of 4 months waiting for nothing and losing money. And this is not the first time for me when I buy something from China;

SO WARNING NEVER PURCHASE AND I SAY NEVER PURCHASE SOMETHING WITH GEARBEST AND PAYPAL ACCORDING TO ME THEY IN BUSINESS WITH GEARBEST SO AS A CUSTOMER YOU COME LAST AND NOT FIRST AS IT SHOULD BE.

Ps: and this was only about an amount of 11 euros

Gearbest is one of the best online stores on the web. I've been shopping with them for a while and everything has gone smooth.

They offered a good solution for every problem I had.

Tal cual el titulo me quede impresionado de la calidad y precios que la pagina de gearbest me ofrece. Recuerdo que mi primera compra fue una smartband y estaba tan nervioso que me pague un envio xpress y hasta utilize cupones que la pagina me ofrecio por ser mi primera compra.
Estaba tan nervioso en el tiempo de espera que cuando se realizo mi pago me prometieron que me devolverian el 100% de mi dinero pagado (no comision por donde pagaste) y esto me tranquilizo y una tarde despues de 14 dias ¡PUM! Tocan a mi puerta y me entregan un paquete y firme... para cuando lo abri ahi estaba mi caja de mi smartband totalmente sellada.
Enserio si compraran algo siempre paguen un envio xpress de 15 dias porque asi no tarda tanto y en algunos casos puede hasta llegar antes.

Great 3D printer that I bought, fast shipping as it came from an EU warehouse and only took a week, and was well Packaged.
I have bought many items since then that i'm pleased with.
I've had good experiences buying at gearbest.com. The only downside is if you buy from the china warehouse it can take over a month for items to arrive and sometimes the dispatch time can take 2 weeks, making a total of 6 weeks or so.
The costumer service is fast in responding to a problem.
I would Recommend to other users just be aware of dispatch and delivery times
