The company is very serious, works to always help buyers with the most varied problems regarding deadlines, discounts, customs and service satisfaction. Recently I purchased an Alfawise V1 keyboard and the product arrived for me with less than 30 days (less than 22 working days), which for a product shipped to Brazil is an excellent term. And the product arrived perfectly. My satisfaction was so great that I went back to buying more things with the GearBest people, like a headphone, a mouse, a professional microphone and a giant mousepad!
