Ordered a £200 phone on December 15th.
Tracking number is of no use, moved twice in nearly 3 months. Automated responses, I don't know if humans work at gearbest. On average 5 days for an automatically generated response is disgraceful. PayPal have told me I'll be able to get my money back through them. Possibly the worst company on the planet (real reviews only).
Do not buy from gearbest, they lie constantly.

Honestly I am really happy with how buying in this website has turned out, the thing here is that the orders always get were I live, and if something happened with those orders(An error with the package, or stuff like that) Gearbest is always quick and solves the issue that happened with my orders, that has only happened once, and I have ordered a lot, when that issue happened, they refunded the product themselves, and there was no need to contact paypal, so it was a great experience and I will surely buy again.
Another thing are products, if you pick your products well, you will surely get something great! So don't be afraid!
All my orders have been great, and my favorite one was when i ordered my cellphone, I pretty much Got the one I wanted at a great price, there was an error in the order, since i had asked for tampered glass for that phone in particular, they sent it and it was the wrong tampered glass, and then they immediately refunded the product, which leaves with a great experience.

Gearbest was happy to take my money, but when I asked for service, they were no where to be found. I submitted my concerns via the email where they were asking if I received the item, submitted a ticket, responded to the FaceBook Messenger messages - but nothing from them, other than more emails with sales offers, more FaceBook Messenger messages with offers, which I responded to. Still nothing! I've unsubscribed from their mailing list - where they were only flogging more offers. Blocked their FaceBook messages (only more offers, never a response) I will NEVER EVER deal with them again and tell anyone I know to avoid them!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
