After posting this review Gearbest reacted promptly and gave back the money I payed for the product as I had asked. I'm satisfied but only wish it had worked without making the case public.
To clarify, it wasn't their fault that the package was returned to them by the delivery company.
My pakage got lost in shipment. Well, nothing they will do, fair enough. My bad for not reading the terms and conditions.
What really sucks is they told me on paypal they will reship the product, if I close the complaint. I shouldn't have trusted them cause on paypal you can't reopen a complaint. After they offered me only a refund of about a fifth of the original price.
Shame on such busines practices.

Had bought xiaomi product from this website and the product was as described. Well packed and genuine.
I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 5.5 inch 4G Phablet and everything went as planned. The phone arrived at asa, without customs fees, thanks to the free service for Italy, and perfectly packed and with global ROM. With facebook messenger I could ask for information on the shipping status and follow the order. I made other purchases and I recommend it
It is a good webshop sometimes a late delivery but you get good support and the products are working very well and it gets very safe deliverd

Venho comprando na Gearbest a pouco mais de um ano, fico surpreso com seus preços baixos e com seu enviou super rápido que já recebi uma compra com 25 dias corridos no meu endereço do Brasil, também queria deixar minha opinião em relação ao atendimento ao cliente que é bem rápido e descomplicado já tive uma encomenda pedida pela transportadoras e a Gearbest me reenviou o mesmo pedido sem problema algum, super remendo essa loja.
I use Gearbest.com mostly for e-cig products and I always been very satisfied with the quality of the products and the shipping. The shipping especially is very fast compared to other similar sites: I received my last order in Italy from China in less than 3 weeks at a minimal surplus cost. The item was securely wrapped and I found it exactly as publicized on the website. Great service and support, also, if by any chance you have any problems.

Стоит заметить, что процесс выбора и заказа товара организован в магазине вполне удобно и грамотно. Удобный и информативный сайт. Наличие отзывов реальных покупателей часто помогает окончательно определиться с выбором если возникают трудности с выбором конкретной модели среди подобных или от разных производителей. В отзывах довольно часто присутствуют фото и даже видео товара.
Цены вполне конкурентные с другими крупными интернет магазинами, а по сравнению с ценами в магазинах моей страны - очень даже интересные.
Никогда еще не подводили с доставкой приобретенного товара. Бывают задержки с доставкой, но заказ всегда доходит до меня.
I am satisfied with my shopping experience with Gearbest. I really like its customer service, they respond quickly and I do not feel unprotected as a buyer. One of the things I like least is the fact of not knowing the status of my shipments until they leave China, it generates some unnecessary anxiety. The shipping times are not excessively long and the price of the products and shipping are adequate. I have never had problems with shipments beyond some small unimportant delay. When a product does not have the desired quality, it is not usually worth it to return it, but Gearbest always finds a way to compensate us, I am very grateful for it.

I order phone from gearbest from 3-12-2017 still not arrived. I contacted gearbest to refund my money after 2 weeks they replayed, they said we can't refund you full amount only half amount. Really it's fraud. People be careful with gearbest don't buy anything by them. You can loos your money.
