Well Gearbest is one of my favourite online shopping, there was a time, a few months ago that i have some problems with your services and i had to wrote some tickets, but now i have no complains, your services are better and faster, the products that i brought were all good, and had no problem at all in my last purchases. Since Priority line is Available it´s all good.

I like your work, and your site, i will continue to buy anda recommend gearbest.

Some months ago I bouhgt A Xiaomi Gateway with some sensors. At the beginning, all worked very well but after few days the hub experienced some small issues, like poor audio quality or led sometimes did not work. The problem was intermittent so I decided to report thi phenomena to the costumer service. They asked me to send pictures and video clip to verify the problem but after the initial problem all seemed to work pretty well, so I decided to keep the product.
However, after few months the issue appeared again. At the beginning with no audio and no led light, and later the hub did not work anymore. I contacted the costumer service and they said that they could not replace/refund the hub because the permitted period (max 30 gg) was expired. However, after sending veideo clips where I demonstrated that the hud did not work, they correctly considered my initial report and based on that they decided to refund.
After the refund I bought a new one and now it works great.
I am very happy to share my experience, because, even if sometimes we do not trust in big e-commerces, I can say that after several years I am confident in the professionality of Gearbest.

Mnogi od tih artikala mogu da se nadju po odlicnoj ceni koje nema na drugim prodavnicama. Postarina se placa ali zato su tu poeni koje dobijate pri aktivaciji racuna, postavljanju recenzija, slika i videa, itd. Ti poeni se generisu u novac sa kojim jos vise smanjujete cenu artikala i prakticno sa njima placate i postarinu.
Narucio sam do sada vise proizvoda koji su stizali na adresu od 15-45 dana nakon kupovine. Svi proizvodi su odgovarali opisu i nisu bili osteceni u transportu.
