I have been using Gearbest for more than three years, an excellent online shopping site both for the incredible value for money of the products, and because there are many products in the catalog of various kinds. Moreover Gearbest gives a further possibility to lower the price using the coupons or using the accumulated points until you get a further 30% discount! In fact my last purchase, a Xiaomi WiFi Router 3G, worth about 33 euros, I bought it at about 22 euros using 574 GB points having a discount of about 10 euros!. Shipments are often free or in any case have a very low cost, for economic objects I use the one without tracking or registered mail and in about a month I always receive the products or I use the Italy Express shipping that in only 10/15 days the product is at home with GLS or Bartolini courier; I also want to point out that the payment is also accepted with PayPal so you have all the advantages on the security that it offers. Is one of the best E-commerce sites in the world I recommend it to everyone because of this I often use it to many of my friends!

I am the owner of Sonos Play One, so I knew that the competition for xiaomi would be tough... Even so the speaker behaves great. Great treble and good bass. Multiple connections, wifi, bluetooth, 3.5 jack... Great design, good materials, good construction quality and everything for 1/4 the price of a Sonos Play One! I'm very happy with the item.

My item took 3 months to arrive and I paid Import Tax to DHL the courier that they used. Item arrived by Fedex but inside the bag was DHL. Now Fedex are demanding Import Tax because either Gearbest did not ship the item in the first place or DHL returned it and they shipped it out again but with another courier but did not tell us any of this. We are now expected to pay twice and Gearbest as usual are doing nothing. After my review on another site I have been given a ticket number by Gearbest.

They are hopeless and as for their Customer Service Team well where do I start?

Avoid these please and to cap it all the item I ordered is a disapointment!

Do not order from this shop. I didn't get my package in more than two months and they can only refund half of the amount I've paid because I haven't purchased shipping insurance.
If you want the parcel to come to you, they ask you to pay extra money for the its "safety". You could simply order from another website instead of paying extra for having your item delivered.

Just have a look on these "lovely" sentences, you can find them on their terms and conditions:
"Any orders that do not have shipping insurance will not be the responsibility of GearBest and the customer takes full liability for their package during the shipping process."

"Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer."

I call that "LEGAL THEFT"

I am currently trying to get my money back through PayPal, but it's too much hassle, so the easiest thing you can do is to stay away from them.

I have an account on gearbest for 2 years under the name: Asaf Lev HaAri. Purchased few times from gearbest. Last time was on the 6. 11. 17 i purchased a mi note 2 smartphone, order number W**************.

The iten arrived to Israel in 3 weeks. Which is fast. It was packed ok, in original box. Could be better protected.

Communications with customers service is good. They answer within 24 hours everytime. And most of the time they handle the cases excellent.

I got with my phone a us charger and i complained about it to the customer service and they offered to send me an eu charger for free!

On the other hand when i wanted to return a product that wasnt as described it took time to receive an approval. But got it in the end. When you have a problem be persistent and they will give you what you need.

You can earn points which can give discount in next purchases.

Overall this is the best chinese store i know of in the net

Отслеживалось до границы с России, а по территории России нет. получил на руки через месяц, упаковано хорошо. товаром доволен. Раньше покупал на Алиэкспресс но там начали кидать и больше я там не куплю. Я заказывал и тв бокс и телефон проблем не было. Советую магазин к покупке!
