You get a decent customer support, they care about their customers, they take like 12 hours to answer, and i always got my problem solved after talking to the customer support crew.
You get free coupons and points that can net you some discounts in future purchases. Not only that you already buying cheap stuff, you can buy them more cheap.
My only recommendation with this site is: dont buy things you need to have soon. I always bought things knowing that i was going to get them 1 to 2 months later, i always use free shipping plus the insurance, or the cheapest shipping available. You can pay more to get a better shipping, but that lose the purpose of buying in a chinese store.
