Gearbest is the best e-commerce platform preferred for me, with a wide selection of items, I bought different products (Smartphone, accessories, tools and clothes) I get my order with a reasonable delivery time, what makes me reassuring is the communication with the support, they always find a solution to your problem in a few hours, I will always continue to make purchases on Gearbest and I recommend it to all my relatives.
The only concern is the cost of express delivery, sometimes exceeds the price of the item.

I ordered a WLtoys ******* last Demeber 8, after it arrived 60days later (My country's customs is $#*!) I was really happy because it arrived in great condition. When my unit stopped working 5days after it arrived, Gearbest was really fast on helping me out but sadly my problem is beyond their warranty. But the good news is they gave me a partial refund which I used to purchase a spare part and now my unit is fixed! Best store for RC hobbyist.

This is the best choice I ever did. The watch it's exactly what I was searching for and the online support was very helpful, trying to resolve every question I did and achieving in satisfing them.

Please do not pay attention to all these positive reviews made by marketing bots. I am a real person, and I confirm that Gearbest is one of the worst online shops ever. They sell refurbished goods as new; faulty as working; they invented a customer support system that is as inconvenient as it can be.
I purchased from them VIOFO A119 1440P 160 Degree Wide Angle Car DVR which already had signs of wear. I used it for a couple of weeks until it stopped working. After 12 (!) emails from me Gearbest gave me a permission to return Viofo for exchange (via first class mail, as they requested, which was half of Viofo's cost). This was in December 2017. No replacement received; my support ticket closed by Gearbest, and they ignore my emails.
Want to waste your time and money-buy from Gearbest

I've bought lots of items for the last 4 years (3 phones, usb keys, electronic cigarettes, 3d headsets, headphones...) and they are still very good quality and work perfectly.
Sent very fast, the items arrive when said.
If this is not the case, the after-sales service is done in the desired language and especially that there is now the possibility of sending the items back to your warehouses in Europe, they are very fast to answer and always do their best to help you
